According to the requirement of the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, certain matters related to Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. (“NPR”) (i.e., amendments of the articles of incorporation, election or removal of any of NPR’s executive directors, supervisory directors and independent auditors, etc.) will be resolved at the general meeting of unit holders.
According to NPR’s articles of incorporation, the general meeting of unit holders is to be held within Tokyo Metropolis.
